These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Chulbul Taxi services, including our website, mobile app, and taxi/cab services. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old to book or use our services. You agree to provide accurate information during booking and to use our services only for lawful purposes.

2. Booking and Payments

Bookings can be made via our website, app, or phone. Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the ride, as specified. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets. Prices are subject to change based on distance, time, or additional services (e.g., waiting time, extra stops).

3. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for a full refund. Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a cancellation fee. No refunds are provided for no-shows or cancellations after the pick-up time.

4. Passenger Conduct

You agree to:

• Behave respectfully toward our drivers and other passengers.
• Not carry illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials.
• Not damage or soil the vehicle.
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations during the ride.

Chulbul Taxi reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a ride if you violate these terms.

5. Liability

Chulbul Taxi is not liable for:

• Delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather, mechanical issues).
• Loss or damage to personal belongings during the ride.
• Injuries or damages caused by your actions or negligence.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service.

6. Vehicle and Driver Safety

Our vehicles are regularly maintained, and our drivers are licensed professionals. However, you are responsible for wearing seatbelts and ensuring the safety of minors or pets during the ride.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and app, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Chulbul Taxi or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without permission.

8. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
